U-Lync Rewards Programs Terms and Conditions

At U-Lync, we value your loyalty and want to make your experience with us is even more rewarding. Please review the following terms of our rewards program to ensure youre fully informed about how it works:

1. One Person, One Ride

Each individual is only eligible to count one ride toward each tierin our rewards program. You may book multiple rides within a 24-hour period, and each will count toward your total ride count, but only one persons rides will contribute.

2. In-App Order Pick-Up

As a valued customer, we offer complimentary pick-up servvices from your favorite local spots, including resturants and coffee shops(i.e., Starbucks, Mcdonald’s, etc.) This service comes at no additional charge. However, you are responsible for placing and paying for your order and ensuring it is ready for pick-up a the designated time.

3. Free Ride Eligibility

Free rides earned through the program must be equal or of lessor value than the average distance your last booked trips. For example, if you book four tris at 20 miles each and one trip at 10 miles, your sixth free ride would be limited to 17.5 miles or less.

4. Booking Free Rides

Free rides must be booked at least one week in advance to ensure availability.

5. Discount Application

Discounts earned through the rewards program will be automatically applied to your account once you reach a specific tier. You may choose o apply these ddiscounts to any month of your choice.

6. Program Modifications

Please note that the terms, conditions, and structure of the rewards program are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to check our website regularly for updates. Those that are in the program will automatically be grandfathered in if any furture changes should take place.
